The Retreat offers a unique conference venue with accommodation on the NSW Mid-North Coast. Located in Port Stephens our property offers Conference and Event packages. Our Unique setting allows for complete privacy for up to 100 delegates.
Incorporating The Retreat and C3 Spectrum we have the ultimate venue that rivals all of our closest competitors. In a relaxed and professional setting our properties are located next door to each other. With private gate access in between the properties, delegates can move between the 2 venues with ease.
Conference Space
Our beautiful grounds and fantastic facilities incorporates numerous spaces suitable for small and large groups.
We customise packages for each conference with the setup to suit specific requirements. Audio Visual equipment is available in most spaces.

- The Base (100 m/sq)
- Outside Courtyard (650 m/sq)
- Multi-purpose Function Room (240 m/sq)

Accommodating your delegates
For your delegates accommodation needs there is the choice of rooms for Single, Twin and Quad share:
- Two Bedroom Cabins & Bungalows
- Three Bedrooms – The Ranch & The Duplexes
- Six Bedrooms – The Lodge
We have eleven accommodation buildings and all have full kitchens, lounge and dining space. All linen is provided as in room tea and coffee facilities.
Onsite facilities for the guests to enjoy include:
- Walking access to the sand dunes

- Camp fires (cooler months only)
- BBQ areas
- Relaxed outdoor areas
Feeding the Delegates
Meals can be included in packages which are customised based on your conference requirements. A great range of menu options are available to suit everyone needs and budgets.
The location for meals is arranged close to the main meeting space and offers delicious healthy meals in a professional setting.
