Once you have booked and secured your dates for your Function, Wedding or Event at The Retreat Port Stephens you can then provide details on these specials and you will deal direct with BYO Cellars Anna Bay to place your order at our special mates rates.
Organising any function takes a lot of planning and making sure that you have enough food and drinks for all your guests for whole function is a top priority.
Our suggestion would be to choose cans of beer over bottles allowing us to easy recycle these after the event and to be sensible with the amount of alcohol you provide for each guests as you want everyone to enjoy them selves responsibility.
Ensuring that you also have someone with an RSA for the night serving the drinks is a must when holding any function, wedding or event at The Retreat. You can ask us for more details on this if you require assistance with this.
