If a Guest is unable to provide credit card details at the time of booking, payment for the full cost of the accommodation is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Otherwise payment for the full cost
of the accommodation is required at least 21 days prior to check-in. (Please note that payment for the
full cost of accommodation is required in order to confirm a booking during the Christmas school
holiday period, the Easter long weekend and public holiday long weekends.)

The Retreat may, at its option, cancel any booking for which a payment has not been received by the
due date and charge a cancellation fee. Any cancellation of a booking by a Guest must be received by the Retreat in writing and will also incur a cancellation fee. For more details on our Terms and Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Pet Policy please click the buttons below.
